Looking at famous, nee critical, historical figures through different gazes is a hallmark of this show. Richard, Pete AND Abe have spent their long and storied careers thinking about the relative historical, political and societal impacts of knobs like John Howard, Amanda Vanstone, Tony Abbott and Phillip Ruddock. And this show is now different. We apply a knobbish lens to the recent recognition of their greatness and the apparent immortalisation of JH and TA in bronze statue form, sans knob apparently.
