The worlds ‘hottest’ leader

See, Abe made a disparaging (but accurate) comment about my thoughts on Chile’s hot leader.  However, I believe that there it a hotter leader, one whose ice cold demeanour would strike fear into the hearts of the west and at the same time make even a grown giggle like a Chris Lilley schoolgirl
